THE COCOA PLAN® by Nestlé

THE COCOA PLAN®

THE COCOA PLAN® is Nestlé’s way of helping to tackle key issues facing cocoa farmers, their families and communities in order to create a better future for cocoa farming. It covers all aspects of a cocoa bean’s journey, starting with farmers and ending with you, the consumer.

Over the next ten years, Nestle will be investing over $110m in THE COCOA PLAN® to help improve the livelihood of farmers and their communities, as well as enhance the sustainability and quality of cocoa for generations to come.

In support of THE COCOA PLAN® Nestlé Australia sources sustainable cocoa in the quantity required to make the entire KIT KAT range – products will be on shelf in 2011.
