How do I place a Create Your Break Order?

Simply visit one of our self service Create Your Break kiosks to place your order.

How many KITKAT Create Your Break orders can I place?

Want to gift a break? Lucky them! You can add as many as you'd like to your cart. During busy periods, we may limit KITKAT Create Your Break orders to 10 per person.

What payment methods are accepted?

All major debit & credit cards, including Mastercard, VISA, American Express, Union Pay & EFTPOS. Sorry, no cash is accepted.

Can I change or cancel my KITKAT Create Your Break order once it is processed?

Once your order has been submitted, our chocolatiers start handcrafting your break. Unfortunately, we cannot accept changes or cancellations.

How long will my KITKAT Create Your Break order take to make?

All KITKAT Create Your Break products are handcrafted to order. Our ordering kiosks will display the current average waiting time. Go take a break – we’ll send you an SMS when your order is ready to collect.

What time do I need to place my KITKAT Create Your Break order by?

There’s always time to order your break. Orders placed within 3 hours of boutique closing time will be ready for collection the next day.

Can I pick up my KITKAT Create Your Break order the next day?

All KITKAT Create Your Break orders will be held for 3 days from the time you place your order.

How long will my KITKAT Create Your Beak order last?

KITKAT Create Your Break products are best eaten within 7 days of creation. The best before date can be found on pack.

I cannot get to the KITKAT CHOCOLATORY Melbourne Central boutique – where else can I buy these products from?

Book that ticket to Melbourne! At the moment, KITKAT CHOCOLATORY products are only available in our Melbourne Central boutique.

Can I get my in boutique purchase delivered?

At this time, we do not offer delivery.

REFUNDS

What is your refund policy?

Our chocolatiers handcraft every product we sell, so sometimes our KITKAT creations may not reach you in perfect condition. We are happy to refund or replace defective products. We do not provide refunds if you simply change your mind.

All defective products must be returned in person to the place of purchase where we will either provide you a refund or replacement.

How do I get a refund?

For products purchased in boutique, take a break and come visit our friendly team with your product & receipt.

You must retain your receipt as proof of purchase to claim a refund in our boutique.

I received the wrong order. What do I do?

Simple! Return the incorrect product to the boutique you purchased it from with proof of purchase and we’ll replace the product. We cannot replace or refund for a change of mind.

How long will KITKAT CHOCOLATORY creations last?

Our KITKAT Create Your Break creations are handmade in boutique to order by our chocolatiers and are best consumed within 7 days of being crafted. The best before date is printed on the side of the box.

Our KITKAT Special Editions & Gifting products last up to 12 weeks from purchase. The best before date is printed on the back of the pack.

What are the ingredients in KITKAT CHOCOLATORY creations?

All KITKAT CHOCOLATORY products are made with chocolate containing 100% UTZ certified sustainable cocoa and crisp batch baked wafers, made right here in Melbourne. We source the best ingredients from around the world to ensure an exciting chocolate experience.

I have an allergy – can I still enjoy KITKAT CHOCOLATORY creations?

All KITKAT CHOCOLATORY creations contain wheat, milk & soy.
