A lot of people find that starting a conversation can be quite confronting and awkward so this year in collaboration with R U OK?, we have launched a limited edition KITKAT … it’s the KITKAT 4 finger you know and love with one friendly reminder: Have a break. Ask R U OK?
Making time for the people in your world can make a real difference and sharing a break is a great opportunity to pause, consider others, and start a meaningful conversation.
